Week 1 - Day 5, 6 & 7

WOO HOO!!!! I've finished the first week of Slim in 6! I think what I am most proud of is that I didn't give up! I followed the meal schedule to the tee and exercised my butt off. I don't know if I lost any weight because I don't own a scale. But, what's important is that my jeans already fit a little better and my whole body feels refreshed so I know it is doing some good! Today I did a Slim & Limber workout for 15 minutes which is just something you use on your day 'off' to stay stretched and be ready for Monday. I am nervous about next week because we go to the harder 50 minute workout which I have a feeling is going to kill me. I look forward to it though! This week was full of many different emotions and trials but in the end I am glad I chose to start this week because all the heartache and stress made me work out even harder. Working out helps so much with getting the frustration out! Thanks to you all for the kind words all week, for the encouragement and the friendship. You don't know how much it means to me! I'm off to enjoy a lazy Sunday (especially since I did an extra workout last night after the Duck game, because I was so wired! hahaha!) and watch some movies with little man and do a little grocery shopping for next week.   1. I'm really happy for you. I wish I had motivation to change my life and body. At this point I won't even try. Maybe after the Holidays lol. Good luck Jill!
